When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. When you build a resume, we store the content you enter — such as your work history, education, skills, and any profile photo you upload — so we can save your documents and render them for download. Additionally, if you contact us via our support form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message to address your inquiry.
Your account and resume data are stored securely using Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Doca has no subscriptions — you only ever pay per download credit. All payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
You can edit or delete any resume from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, or to request a copy of the information we hold about you, contact us at support@doca.com and we will action your request promptly.
We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
